Titan America Stucco Cement, with proper proportions of sand and clean, potable water provides a smooth, workable mix that retains good consistency and develops a strong bond. While Titan America Stucco Cement can inhibit moisture penetration, it is not waterproof and is not to be considered a moisture barrier for design or construction purposes.
